Brookstone Cleaning may cancel or terminate the appointment and charge a service fee.
8. Safety Conditions
Brookstone Cleaning reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if conditions are deemed unsafe, hazardous, illegal, abusive, or unsanitary beyond normal cleaning scope.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Human or animal waste
Blood or biohazards
Mold exposure
Pest infestations
Drug paraphernalia

Clients must secure aggressive or unsafe animals prior to service.
Brookstone Cleaning is not responsible for pets escaping during entry or exit unless caused by gross negligence.
Clients remain fully responsible for pet behavior and related property damage or injuries.
10. Satisfaction Policy
If you are dissatisfied with a cleaning service, you must notify Brookstone Cleaning within 24 hours of service completion.
We may, at our discretion:
Offer a touch-up cleaning
Provide partial credits
Provide partial refunds
Decline refund requests where claims are unsupported
Satisfaction concerns must include reasonable detail and, when requested, supporting photos.
11. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
